When you commission a portrait from me, you're not only supporting a small business, you're supporting real art. Mass produced, computer generated (A.I.) prints lack a human and artistic touch. Your portrait will be 100% original, a true one-of-a-kind.
FAQ
How long does it take to draw a portrait?
It can take up to 20 hours, not including preparation, to draw a portrait. Portraits are completed within two weeks of the start date.
Is there a discount for commissioning more than one portrait?
Yes! There is a $50 discount on each additional portrait in the same order.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is FREE in the continental U.S. and takes 7-10 days with UPS Ground.
Can I change or add any details to the portrait?
Any changes or additions should be discussed beforehand. Once the drawing has started, some changes may be able to be made depending what and where they are.
Can you draw other pets besides dogs and cats?
Of course! I can draw any pet as long as you provide a clear picture of them.
Do you accept returns / refunds?
If you don't approve of the portrait before it has shipped, you will receive a 40% refund and will not receive the portrait. Once the portrait has shipped, there are no returns or refunds.
Can you draw more than one pet per portrait?
Yes, if you purchase the larger size portrait (COMING SOON.) The 11x14 size portrait is only for a single pet. This allows for a larger, clearer image to be drawn without sacrificing any details.
What if my portrait is lost or damaged during shipping?
All portraits are fully insured with UPS. If the portrait is lost or damaged, please provide proof and you will receive a new portrait at no cost to you. If only the picture frame is damaged, please provide proof and a new one will be sent to you free of charge.
